Little Buddies Action Figures™ Order Questionnaire
Please fill out this questionnaire to help me create your Little Buddies Action Figure™.

If you need a quote for more than one Little Buddy,

please fill out a questionnaire for each Buddy.

The prices start at $495 for an approximately 8 inch figure (1:9 scale) and $595 for an approximately 12 inch figure (1:6 scale). This base price includes a custom sculpted head matching your photos on the body of your choice, a t-shirt (your choice of color), jeans, shoes, figure stand, and a certificate of authenticity.

If you choose, instead of the basic clothing you can upgrade to custom clothing. Please describe below.

I will need at least two clear photos of the person being made into a Little Buddies Action Figure™. One close-up face photo with the subject looking straight at the camera, and at least one distinct side profile photo (both sides would be even better) clearly showing facial features and hairstyle. Please have the same facial expression in all your photos. These are the photos I will use to sculpt your Little Buddies' expression. The clearer the photos, the better the results. Please no hats or glasses for the main photos - I need to see your face clearly to sculpt it accurately. The below photo is an example of the type of photos I will need.
