Aldersgate has limited availability certain times of the year. If the dates you are requesting are unavailable, are there other dates that would work for your group?

*All of our facilities are Air Conditioned in the warm months.

Aldersgate's Retreat Facilities have minimum person charges.
- Oct-Apr - minimum of 25 people and can serve a maximum of 46 people (25 lower bunks & 21 upper bunks)
- May-Sept - minimum of 35 people and can serve a maximum of 110
The facilities may still be rented with less than the person minimum, but the charge remains
