If you would like something requiring less administration and maintenance by you than a subsite, HanginOutForums.com/org, RPGameMasters.com/org, and Shadow-Born.com also offer 20MB home sites for those who have forums on their Beehive forums systems. You will need to sign up for a forum with one of them, then you can request from them a home site to with your forum. Forums hosted on their systems have use of whatever chat system they host for their members' use.
