Yes, if accepted into Growhio's vendor assistance program, I agree to fulfill the following requirements, in addition to any other applicable terms, conditions and requirements set forth by Growhio (please check all):

Sell only produce, herbs, maple syrup, honey or eggs (Participants may only sell eggs if they also sell produce, herbs, honey or maple syrup).Sell at a minimum of 2 markets to which assigned by Growhio for at least 6 weeks each.Submit a $50 deposit to Growhio, reimbursable upon my successful completion of the program.Attend at least 3 mandatory meetings including the program orientation, mid-season meeting and program debrief.Provide weekly feedback on sales to Growhio and the markets to which assigned.
